Grants under review: National Science Foundation REESE Grant: Cognitive processes underlying creative ability in engineering design. Professors Katja Holtta-Otto (Mechanical Engineering), Trina Kershaw (Psychology) and Yoon Soo Lee (Graphic Design) collaborate on the main objectives of 1) better understand the cognitive processes responsible for creative engineering design and to 2) use this knowledge to redesign engineering instruction practices to promote innovation.
